Really he was a bit of a loner.n"As far as we know he has no living relatives except this woman, named either Tracy or Julie Walters, who we know nothing about except that she lived at Harrow Road, in Southsea, a year ago. "We understand she could possibly be a neice. "We are anxious she should contact our office because she's a beneficiary of his will, as well as being the executor. "The will won't make her a millionaire but she'd certainly not be out of pocket if she came forward.n"We are waiting to see if we can find her before any funeral arrangements are made but we can't wait forever.n"If she doesn't come forward by the middle of next week the environmental health department will organise the funeral.n"We're just hoping she's still living locally so it can all be sorted out soon.nIf anyone has any details about a Tracy or Julie Walters, formerly of Harrow Road, Southsea, Please call Portsmouth coroner's office on Portsmouth 321111 or 660625.nnBIOGRAPHY: The Times, Monday, Jan 02, 1956; pg. 5; Issue 53417; col AnWarrant Officer Class 1 Alexander John NORSTER, Royal Army Ordnance Corp has been awarded the OBE.
