This is the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Norster (Spinster) of the Island of Portland in the County of Dorset she being at this time but weak in body and of sane mind bearing date this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty three I give unto John Norster Bartlett and Ann Bartlett son and daughter of my nephew John Norster Bartlett deceased all the property of every name whether lands houses goods or chattels that I now have or may be possessed of at my decease all freely for them to give or to sell to their heirs or assign for ever according to the custom of the Island of Portland aforesaid Lastly I nominate and appoint William Stone (Quarryman) Son of John and Elizabeth Stone deceased whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
