Mr. E. Bedford, solicitor, applied for the temporary transfer of the Flying Fish, Denton, from Mrs. Norster to Harry Coleman. -He said the circumstances were somewhat peculiar inasmuch as the widow was the administratrix, but she was not in good enough health to carry on the house herself, and she had conveyed all her interests her son-in-law. He thought there was power under the Intoxicating Liquors Act to enable the bench to make the temporary transfer.-The bench acceded to the application.
