Norster, of Old Turnpike. was married at Fareham Parish Church to E.R.A. Edward Arthur Crofts, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Crofts, of Gudge Heath, Fareham. The Vicar (the Rev. B. C. Daniell) officiated. The bride. given away by her uncle. Mr. W. Gibbs, wore a gown of ivory satin decorated with orange blossom. and a headdress of orange blossom and an embroidered veil. lent by a friend. She carried a sheaf of Easter lilies. She was attended by her two cousins, Miss May Day and Miss Joan Patter, who wore mauve satin gowns and carried bouquets of mauve tulips and fern, and Miss Molly Crofts (niece of the bridegroom) who was dressed in gold satin, with a Victorian bonnet and carried a mauve and gold posy. The bride's mother was dressed in navy, with blue silk marocain gown and hat to match, and the bridegroom's mother In navy with floral crepe gown and hat to tone. E.R.A. William Munden was the best man. Following a reception at the bride's home. Mr. and Mrs. Crofts left for the honeymoon in London.
